ABC teachers are currently looking to recruit a passionate Humanities Teachers to work in North Birmingham and surrounding rural areas.
ABC Teachers work with a variety of 'Good' and 'Outstanding' secondary schools in North Birmingham, who frequently require Humanities teachers for day to day work, short-term and long-term roles. The appointed candidates will be in control of when and where they work, with a range of part time and full-time opportunities available.
We are looking for a Humanities who are dedicated to supporting pupils progress and holds strong behavioural management skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to build a rapport with both students and staff, and able to understand the individual needs of the pupils to ensure that they are able to make progress.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. All staff must hold an enhanced DBS disclosure which must also be registered to the Update Service (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you), need to provide professional or academic references and attend a face to face interview. A prohibition from teaching check will be completed for all applicants.
All candidates for this position must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have experience of working in a school within the last 3 years, with references to support.
