We're looking for a proactive and efficient Customer Services Advisor/ scheduler to join our clients' team in Macclesfield. Within this role, you will work as part of a team in a busy environment assisting the operational team to schedule and plan works in a cost effective and organised way. You will need to have a track record in customer services and be consistent in delivering a quality service to clients.

You will be responsible, amongst other duties, for providing excellent, high quality and timely customer service to customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will arrange appointments for customers in a cost effective and organised manner, dealing with queries as they arise, rescheduling where necessary and logging and tracking jobs on the inhouse system. You will be working with Managers, engineers and Sub-contractors to organise and schedule work, ordering materials via purchase orders and issuing works orders to sub-contractors.

Its a telephone heavy role, so you will be confident on the phone and keen to deal with challenges as they arise, this is not a role for someone who likes to stack things on their desk and "leave it  until later". You will ensure the engineers days are planned to maximise productivity, re-arranging works where necessary to optimise the engineers day. You will type and send quotations to customers,, manage the engineers vehicles and book repairs, services, MOT's etc. 

You will be IT literate and have first class Customer Service and Admin skills
