New 2-bed home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Be part of the launch and setup of the home

Full support structure in place including area and clinical support

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up

✔ Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and safeguarding

✔ Passionate about building and leading a high-performing team

✔ Committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for young people

✔ Confident and proactive leader, able to set the tone and culture from day one
