Salary: Competitive - Basic £25,000 - Year 1 £35,000 OTE - Year 2 £50,000 OTE

What You'll Be Doing:

Taking inbound calls and turning enquiries into confirmed bookings

Building rapport with customers and truly understanding their travel needs

Following a proven sales structure to consistently meet and exceed KPIs

Creating quick and accurate quotations for bespoke cruise holidays

*

Managing bookings from initial enquiry to final confirmation, with strong attention to detail

Using multiple systems and tools to complete tasks efficiently

*

Maintaining compliance with GDPR and data protection policies
