Reports to Director Member Retention & Roundtable Development
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Enters all event data, provides marketing copy enhancement, and ensures alignment and compliance of all CSCMP roundtable events, including international roundtable events.
·Ensures membership compliance of 250+ roundtable officers across 60+ global roundtables through monthly phone and email outreach, tracking, and reporting of membership status.
·Supports Manager, Roundtables with monthly Peer Group, Process Team, and Regional Advisor calls with various members of roundtable leadership.
·Provides administrative support by maintaining and ensuring accuracy of roundtable officer board slates and email lists.
·Supports customer service activity through the roundtable community through timely and accurate responses to email and phone inquiries.
·Understands effectively communicates member benefits, CSCMP strategic initiatives and CSCMP Vision/Mission statements.
·Understands roundtable structure, market opportunity, and the role each roundtable plays in their geographic market.
·Builds relationships with roundtable presidents, officers, committee chairs, and other members of the roundtable community.
·Serves as a resource for the roundtable and membership team in the development of local programs/events, execution and support of membership drives, sharing of best practices and coordination of volunteer engagement.
·Provides weekly summary of roundtable activity and membership compliance to Director.
·Other duties and task as assigned.
·2+ years professional experience in an administration, business development, or marketing role.
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
·Team oriented self-starter with initiative.
·Strong analytical skills
·Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to lead presentations.
·Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-past environment.
·Proven accuracy and attention to detail.

· Experience working with volunteers, preferably at a professional association or nonprofit.
·Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
·Proficient in database/content management systems.
