Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised support to individual pupils as a Learning Support Assistant and small groups with various Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Assist in modifying classroom activities and materials to meet diverse learning requirements

• Work closely with teachers to apply specific strategies that enhance learning outcomes

• Support pupils in developing confidence, self-reliance, and emotional wellbeing

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role within education, ideally supporting children with SEN

• Understanding of effective approaches to assist learners with different needs

• Ability to collaborate well within a team while also managing tasks independently

• Based locally in Harborne or able to commute reliably each day
