In the heart of Stevenage, Hertfordshire an 'Good' Secondary School are on the hunt for a English Teacher that can teach up to GCSE.They are looking for a English Teacher to join them ASAP on a full time basis through to July. There is a permanent contract on offer from September 2026

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious English Teacher who is keen to add value to an expanding department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

* Teaching across KS3/KS4

* £170-£260 per day

* Located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire

PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Must have QTS /QTLS

* Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs

* Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level

* You must be able to work as part of a large team of Teachers

* Must be willing to listen to feedback
