Our client is an outstanding Electrical Installation & Audio-Visual specialist that are seeking to appoint a Junior Electrical PM. This successful applicant will be responsible for managing small value projects such as AV & Comms upgrades in critical environment settings.

Role: Junior Electrical Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise, both directly and indirectly, all aspects of the installation to allow successful completion of the works

• Attend pre- contract meetings and complete pre-contract agenda form, reporting back any required actions to relevant personnel.

• Reviews drawings and identifies gaps

• Communicates revisions to the relevant personnel

• Links design requirements to programme

• Liaise with site and arrange and attend meetings as required to establish start dates and prepare detailed programme in line with client requirements

• Manages client and design team inspection

• Manages project presentation to client at handover

Qualifications & Experience

• Electrical Qualification or background

• Project Safety Documentation (PMS, Site Files, CPP)

• Information Security Awareness

• Environmental Awareness

• Programme management experience or qualification

• Site/Project management experience over 3 years

• Minor commercial experience

• Audio-Visual installations
