As they continue to grow, our client is looking for a skilled Estimator to join their agile and collaborative team at their Kent headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-value, complex construction projects for leading clients in logistics, retail, and industrial sectors.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in the pre-construction team—supporting tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. You'll work closely with the commercial, design, and project teams to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings and specifications.

Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure value and accuracy.

*

Assist in compiling tender submissions, budgets, and cost plans.

*

Contribute to value engineering and risk assessment processes.

*

Support client engagement with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in estimating within the construction industry (industrial/commercial experience preferred).

Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
