The Recruitment Co are looking for a Design Engineer to join a growing Fabrication company in Barnsley, within this role you will ensure 2D and 3D drawings are drawn to specification and working with procurement ensuring stock levels are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to progress in a senior CAD role.What you can expect in this role:

• Using 2D AutoCAD to create drawings for fabrication.
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Excellent and Proactive communication with colleagues and customers
• Performing tasks inline with Health & Safety and Quality Standards.
• Working with other departments in order to create a finished product

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• AutoCAD 2D experience (Essential)
• Solidworks Experience (Desirable)
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• A Fabrication background
• Experience collaborating with a variety of different teams to ensure success
