Initial 3-month interim contract (until permanent postholder is identified)
North-West England, full-time hybrid, average 3 days on site per week.
Up to £600 per day through FCSA Umbrella

An exciting new interim opportunity has arisen within a Local Authority in North-West England for a Head of Cared for, Care Experience and CWD.
 
My client will looking to set up interviews starting w/c 14th April, with a view to start as soon as possible after that.  
 
About your role as the Head of Service, Children's Social Care: 

Whilst the authority looks to appoint on a permanent basis the Authority are looking to appoint an experienced interim leader to maintain high standards of performance within the services which are currently “Good” and aiming for “Outstanding”.
An understanding of what “Good” looks like
Pivotal to this role is someone with a background in the services of Cared for, Care Experienced and Children With Disabilities.
Needs to have a proven track record as a Head of Service or above
Must be available to start before 28/4/25
