I'm currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Case Manager on a 3‑month contract (with potential to extend). Based in Nottingham on a hybrid basis, paying £45,000 equivalent via umbrella.

Description

Lead end‑to‑end ER investigations across conduct, performance, grievances & sensitive issues
Produce clear, high‑quality investigation reports aligned with ACAS and employment law
Guide managers and HR colleagues through the process with objectivity and sound judgement
Ensure fairness, consistency and confidentiality across all cases
Support improvements to ER processes, templates and training materials during quieter periods

Profile

Strong ER investigations experience (generalist or specialist)
Solid UK employment law and ACAS knowledge
Excellent report‑writing and stakeholder management skills
Calm, objective and able to manage multiple cases at pace
CIPD Level 5+
