Customer Coordinator

SALARY: £25000 - £28000/annum

Working in this busy, fast-paced customer services department, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service via e-mail (80%) and telephone

This position is available immediately and requires someone with previous co-ordination experience. You will be able to multi-task, have previous help desk or customer service experience. A confident, resilient approach is essential to enable you to liaise with all parties in order to get the job completed.

Must have previous experience of similar role e.g. social housing, building maintenance, electrical or plumbing organisation

* Ensure customer information is logged, responded to and up to date.

* Ensure record is made of customer telephone calls and emergencies are responded to immediately

* Must be able to compose business emails

* Follow up on all outstanding works and take appropriate action to ensure works wherever possible are completed within service level agreement.

* Scheduling contractors and engineers

* Close jobs on system

* Complete administration duties.

* Ensure that day courtesy calls are made to new customers, log any defects identified and that systems are updated in preparation for director calls
