We're recruiting an NDT Level 2 Technician for a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham. You'll be carrying out non-destructive testing on safety-critical components for military aviation, working to strict technical and compliance standards in a highly regulated environment.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out NDT activities across X-Ray, MPI, and DPI to defined procedures and technical specifications

Setting up and assembling test items in line with engineering drawings and work instructions

Monitoring shielding levels in radiographic facilities to ensure compliance with national safety regulations

Conducting chemical checks for DPI and MPI processes

Producing and maintaining accurate test, inspection, and traceability documentation

Interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and test procedures

Using SAP to record work status, manage component batches, and update records

Ensuring all activities meet quality, safety, and COSHH requirements

Supporting new starter training and contributing to process improvements

What you need:

Level 1 NAS410 or EN4179 certification in X-Ray, MPI, and DPI (essential)

Level 2 PCN or NAS410 or EN4179 in the same

Experience in production manufacturing or aerospace testing

Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Understanding of H&S policies including COSHH

Familiarity with SAP and computerised inspection systems

Basic PC skills

What's on offer:

£37,000-£43,000 depending on experience

Days: 08:00-17:00 Mon-Thu / 08:00-12:00 Fri
