The Opportunity: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a valued partner school within our network.

In this role, you will:

*

Deliver high-quality learning experiences to pupils, including whole-class PPA cover

*

Provide targeted support to children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

*

Work closely with the SENDCo and senior leadership team to enhance SEMH provision

*

Coach and mentor colleagues using your specialist skills and experience

*

Contribute to the development of inclusive, aspirational teaching practices
