Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take the lead on large-scale residential developments? We are working with a national five star housebuilder seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality housing developments in Northamptonshire.

About the Role

You'll be managing residential projects ranging from 2 to 5 bedroom homes, with developments of up to 200 units. From breaking ground to handover, you'll ensure each project is delivered safely on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead on-site operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and liaise closely with consultants and local authorities
Monitor health & safety compliance and site logistics
Report regularly to senior stakeholders and drive project efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments across planning, commercial, and salesRequirements:

Proven experience in project management within the residential housing sector
Track record of delivering medium to large-scale developments
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
