Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal with a passion for residential conveyancing? We're working in partnership with a leading and award-winning property law firm to recruit for a talented individual to join their highl y-regarded and growing team.

The Role:
You'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative conveyancing team where you'll work under the guidance of experienced Fee Earners. This is a great role for someone with previous property law experience, ready to take on more responsibility while receiving full supervision and training.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing your own caseload of sale and purchase transactions under supervision
Drafting and responding to pre-exchange enquiries
Liaising with clients, solicitors, introducers, and other parties
Preparing reports on title and other documentation for review
Handling pre-completion checks and post-completion tasks
Maintaining up-to-date records on case management systems
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience within a residential conveyancing or property legal setting
Strong working knowledge of the sales, purchase, and re-mortgage process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications include:
A law degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent legal qualification (not essential)
GCSEs grade C or above in English and Maths
