The Role

Lead and develop a team of engineers across planned, reactive, and improvement work.

Work closely with Operations to prioritise tasks and minimise downtime.

Support complex mechanical/electrical tasks when needed.

Ensure strong safety, compliance, and GMP standards.

Own shift handovers, maintenance records, and engineering communication.

*

Drive continuous improvement and help build a high-performing team culture.

What You'll Bring

Time-served Mechanical/Electrical engineer (multi-skilled ideal).

Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing (food/FMCG preferred).
