We're currently recruiting on behalf of a growing, forward-thinking business based in Derby who are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop within a supportive environment that offers genuine progression.

The Role
You'll play a key part in supporting the sales team, helping to keep operations running smoothly while building strong relationships with customers. Duties will include:

* Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery

* Preparing sales reports, presentations and documentation

* Coordinating meetings, schedules and general admin for the sales team

* Acting as a main point of contact for customer queries

* Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and supporting data analysis

About You

* Some previous experience in a sales admin or customer-focused role (advantageous)

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

* A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks

* A team player who is keen to learn and develop
