My client are seeking a multi-skilled Production Operator to enhance their dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen interest in mechanical or engineering, offering a pathway for growth and development within their fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Start as a general production operator, supporting various departments and processes.
• Gain hands-on experience with a variety of manufacturing equipment and processes and Warehouse operations.
• Depending on performance and interests, transition into specialised roles within specific production areas.
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Good communication skills and team-oriented approach.
• Basic mechanical awareness or technical interest is desirable.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, one week early and one week late shifts as follows:
  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00
