• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on nursing experience.
• Ideally experienced in a nursing home or older adult care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
• Administer medication, complete care plans, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff during shifts.
