This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up into their first Home Manager role, leading a small nursing, residential and dementia service.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of the home and ensuring high-quality care delivery

Leading and supporting the staff team to create a positive and stable environment

Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and governance requirements

*

Driving occupancy and supporting the overall performance of the home

*

Promoting a culture centred around residents' wellbeing and staff engagement

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Experience working within a nursing home environment (nurse-qualified preferred)

*

Previous Deputy Manager experience or similar leadership role

*

Good understanding of CQC standards and compliance

*

A hands-on, approachable leadership style

The role offers a salary of £45,000 plus a £500 monthly bonus linked to occupancy.
