Shift Manager - Food Production - £40K + Benefits

Shift Manager required for a multi site, multi national's food production / manufacturing site in Wimbledon.

Shift Manager MUST have a proven track record in running food production teams. 30 employees + on shift.

Annual salary £40K.

The Role :

Managing the manufacturing team - 3 team leaders, 30 team members to ensure all daily orders are completed in full and on time to the required safety and quality standards.

To manage daily activities that support the overall site objectives by ensuring budgets are met, health & safety rules and regulations upheld, food technical standards achieved whilst embracing Solstice family values and complying with company codes of practice

Part of a small management team responsible for factory management, including team leaders and team members - 80 employees in the production of food.

Ad hoc responsibility for managing all areas of the factory from time to time when on rota, however with a core focus in Low-Risk food preparation and washing

Essential Requirements :

HACCP
Food Production
Familiarity with BRCGS food manufacturing standards
