Hours: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Our market leading client is seeking an Inspection Assistant to work within the electronics department. You will be responsible for the test and inspection of customers PCB products using a range of 

automated test equipment and visual inspection.

Inspection Assistant Responsibilities:

Production test and inspection of electronic assemblies according to customer specifications and requirements of new and existing products
Use of AOI, FPT QUINS and X-Ray equipment
Visual, Microscope and Camera inspection
Ensure all work is completed to specified standards
Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures
Carry out any other reasonable request which is a benefit to the business
Assist in the training of team members, ensuring best practices are maintainedDesirable Experience:

Ideally previous visual inspection experience using microscopes or similar manual inspection
Knowledge of AQI, FPT or QUINS would be desirable
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing would be preferred 
The ability to fault find electronics to component level would be an advantage
