The Role:

Take full responsibility for setting up and running the property management desk.

Coordinate and manage property maintenance, ensuring a proactive and efficient service.

Manage tenancies from start to finish, including check-ins, check-outs, and renewals.

Conduct property inspections and provide professional feedback to landlords.

Handle deposit disputes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Work closely with the branch team to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in property management.

A self-starter with the drive and confidence to build a desk from scratch.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Full UK driving licence (essential).

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail.

Experience using property management software is desirable.
