Salary: £29,500 + Bonus (based on learner achievement rates)

About the Role

Are you an experienced leader, assessor, trainer or coach looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you have strong leadership experience and a passion for developing others, but no assessing background yet?

Logistica Training is recruiting a Leadership & Management Tutor / Assessor to deliver Level 5 Apprenticeships and NVQs to adult learners across the West Midlands. This role involves coaching, mentoring and guiding learners through their qualification, ensuring they achieve success and progress in their careers.

Full training is provided - including a funded assessor qualification - as well as the opportunity to gain your own Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management if you don't already hold it.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and assess Leadership & Management NVQ / Apprenticeship programmes (Level 5).

*

Coach and mentor adult learners from a wide range of industries.

*

Create individual learning plans, schemes of work and support resources.

*

Carry out face-to-face reviews, workplace observations and professional discussions.

*

Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress.

*

Ensure learners meet deadlines for modules and achieve timely completions.

*

Maintain accurate learner documentation and compliance records.

What We're Looking For

*

Strong leadership experience in any sector (essential).

*

A passion for coaching, mentoring and people development.

*

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (essential).

*

Level 5 in Leadership & Management (desirable, but not essential - full qualification funded).

*

Previous experience as an Apprenticeship Assessor, Tutor, NVQ Coach or Trainer is desirable - but trainee assessors are welcome.
