Registered Home Manager | Elderly Residential Care

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + bonus

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued and growing care provider in the search for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead their high-quality residential home in the Chippenham area. This beautifully appointed home provides exceptional residential and dementia care for up to 40 residents, setting a high standard for compassionate, person-centred care within the local community.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to take the reins of a well-regarded service and continue to drive excellence in care delivery, operational performance, and staff development within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, dynamic leader with a proven track record in residential home management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and will possess excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of CQC requirements, and the ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team.

You will have:

* Proven experience managing successful residential or dementia care homes

* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities

* Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and local authority frameworks

* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Key Requirements:

* A genuine passion for providing high-quality elderly and dementia care

* Extensive management experience within residential or care home services

* Robust financial management and budgetary control experience

* A commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing care environment

* A strong clinical background is advantageous but not essential
