Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be the linchpin between them and their UK customers, primarily fleet management companies. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the UK, providing flexibility and a work-life balance.

Your primary responsibility will be to support and manage relationships with clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the UK bus market.

Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Monitor and analyse fleet data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss performance and suggest enhancements.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the fleet management or telematics industry.

Familiarity with the UK bus market is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
