Seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter Multi to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of carpentry tasks, alongside the ability to perform general maintenance work across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out carpentry repairs, installation, and maintenance tasks in domestic properties, including doors, windows, etc.
Completing multi-trade repairs, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
Carrying out routine inspections and reporting issues to the management team.Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in social housing or residential maintenance is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Full UK driving license and ability to travel between properties.
Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team
