This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice with studios across the North of England. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to lead and deliver on a range of residential projects for their York studio

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Carry out site visits and ensure technical standards build regulations are complied with
• Submit planning and building regulations applications
• Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
• Help deliver residential projects from inception through to completion

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree with Architecture
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as a technician
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
