Randstad Education is seeking a talented and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team in Leeds, starting this September.

Position: KS1 Teacher

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that meet the unique needs of Key Stage 1 students.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources to promote student engagement and academic progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of students.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 students, preferably in a UK-based school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching pedagogies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young learners.
