Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and compliance aspects of the Total FM PFI contract.
- Provide expert guidance on contractual obligations and risks.
- Oversee subcontractor relationships and procurement processes.
- Produce detailed financial reports to ensure transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value-for-money solutions.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing large-scale FM contracts (PFI preferred).
- Professional qualifications (CIPS/RICS) or working towards them.
- Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in CAFM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
