A well-established professional organisation is seeking a commercially driven Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic campaign delivery across B2B and digital channels. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering flexibility and a chance to shape marketing operations in a purpose-led environment.

Role Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager will lead a small team in delivering targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns that promote services and qualifications. With a strong focus on planning, reporting, and optimisation, the postholder will oversee the implementation of integrated marketing activities and align messaging across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the execution of marketing plans to drive uptake of products and services.

* Manage team activity, performance, and budget allocation.

* Collaborate across departments to align messaging with wider business goals.

* Ensure campaigns are timely, well-structured, and effectively measured.

* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to shape future strategy.

Experience Required:

* Demonstrated success in a B2B product marketing role.

* Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.

* Strong background in data analysis and performance tracking.

* Proven leadership and team management skills.

* Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
