Toyota of Richardson is seeking Call Center experts. Must have high energy and be able to be upbeat and positive while working on the phone. In addition, the ability to follow and use our call track to handle customers in a warm, supportive and timely manner. The key ability for this job is to get the customer to schedule their appointments every time. This is a position that requires on going coaching and phone training. Pay is hourly with bonus based on results. We are looking for people that want to grow and seek higher opportunities within our store and group. If you are as good as you are going to get...
