My client, a well known and established, Lettings agent is looking for a property manager to join their team.
Following the continued success of their prestigious Grantham office, they are looking to recruit a professional Property Manager who will be based at their offices in Grantham.
This branch is part of a national network of 150 offices, all focused on delivering the very best property letting and management service to landlords nationwide.
The role of Property Manager involves day to day management of part of a residential property portfolio including duties such as:
·Arrangement and monitoring of all property maintenance issues and the invoicing of contractors
·Dealing with tenants and landlords both face to face and by telephone
·Organising and scheduling gas and electric safety checks
·Managing and scheduling regular property inspections
·Some account administration
·Issues of legal documentation
The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering the very best customer service to their landlords, will be IT literate, well organised, demonstrate attention to detail and be willing to work within a team of like minded individuals.
Predominantly an office based position the working hours are Monday to Thursday 09.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm and One Saturday in three.
1-2 year's experience in similar position required.
Salary dependent on experience.
