PR Director

The Role

The PR Director plays a key leadership role in driving client success, team performance and business growth. You'll act as a senior client advisor, lead high-performing account teams, and contribute to new business development while ensuring excellence across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing PR team
Oversee client strategy, relationships and account profitability
Drive top-tier media coverage and strengthen senior media relationships - You need to have Press contacts within the above sectors
Manage campaign execution, deliverables and deadlines
Lead new business pitches and develop proposals
Identify opportunities, trends and story angles for clients
Handle high-level communications, including crisis management
Collaborate with senior leadership on team and client mattersAbout You

8+ years' PR experience, with team leadership responsibility
Strong media network and proven track record securing press coverage
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills (AP style)
Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
Experience across luxury, real estate, hospitality or travel sectors preferredWhat's on Offer
