Our client is looking to recruit 4 new team members to join their team - to start on their induction programme at the end of this month. These are busy roles - handling customer calls - to deliver and to coordinate first class customer service.

The successful candidates will need to have experience of customer service delivery - which can come from any industry and will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Great listening skills - able to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Ability to prioritise - working effectively both under your own initiative and within a team
- Team spirited - to ensure that everyone is working effectively towards the company goals and values
- Computer literate - to use internal contact database and update accurately
