A well-established primary school in Kent is seeking a creative and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their dynamic team in September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, teach, and deliver exciting and challenging lessons that engage and inspire Year 4 pupils in line with the National Curriculum.

* Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor and track student progress, providing detailed and timely feedback to pupils and their families.

* Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters independence, collaboration, and a love for learning.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained across the school.

* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupils' progress and well-being.

* Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

Person Specification:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

* Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2.

* Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a well-structured and engaging learning environment.

* Ability to assess and track pupil progress, differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

* A commitment to continuous professional development and contributing positively to the school's ethos.
