Taylor Stevenson are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our thriving client based in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Duties
* Engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively to meet sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the company's IT systems.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth and report findings to management.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
* Strong sales experience with a proven track record.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
* Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
* Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining records and generating reports.

* Effective time management skills to ensure timely follow-up with customers and completion of tasks.

Salary- £30k-£40k dependant on experience with uncapped commission
