Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of planned M&E works, within agreed timescales and budgets.
* Assist with the preparation of quotes and estimates for remedial and project works.
* Review opportunities to improve cost base and supply chain.
* Engaging with clients, attending client and contractor meetings and submitting written weekly reports to Deputy Director, Operations.
* Management of reactive maintenance delivery and extra works.
* Review engineers gas certificates.
* Ensure RAMS are available for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.
* Ensure subcontractors are appropriately supervised and comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes.
* Manage any queries or complaints in a timely manner.
* Attending and contributing to operational meetings.
* Maintain records in line with company procedures ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Compliance
* To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of the job holder as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job.
* Ensure all activities are GDPR compliant.
Also able to do any ad-hoc duties within the business when necessary.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
* NVQ Level 3 Heating & Ventilation (or equivalent)
* ECS Grade card (Project Manager) & SMSTS.
* Strong technical understanding with previous experience working across multiple sites.
* Manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
* Ability to interact sensitively with others.
* Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.
* Pro-active, self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance.
* Ability to work alone and part of a team to achieve common objectives.
Desirable
Experience of Building Services, M&E system design and renewable energy technology.

You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
