With over a century of expertise and a forward-thinking leadership team, this organisation is entering an exciting new chapter of growth and are looking to recruit a Sales Operations Manager to join their team/

This is an ideal opportunity for an analytically minded and commercially focused individual to drive efficiencies, support data-driven decision-making, and improve overall sales performance in a dynamic, B2B environment.

As Sales Operations Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership to streamline processes, optimise CRM usage (HubSpot), and deliver actionable insights to enhance sales productivity. This is a pivotal role with wide-reaching influence across sales strategy, operations, and growth enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Champion effective CRM usage (HubSpot): manage data hygiene, activity tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation
Implement workflows and automation to minimise manual processes and increase team efficiency
Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking for the Head of Sales and Sales Director
Help design quota models, sales targets, and incentive schemes
Analyse sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve team performance
Conduct deep-dive analysis (e.g., customer segmentation) to identify untapped growth opportunities
Skills & Experience

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical, sales-focused role (ideally in a B2B setting)
High proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Excel, and BI tools
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Desirable:

Experience in the fuel, lubricants, or wider energy sector
Familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite
