A secondary school in Haringey is looking to appoint a Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant to join their dedicated pastoral team. This is a rewarding role focused on supporting students' wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:* Provide mentoring and pastoral support to individual students* Work alongside the safeguarding and pastoral teams to support vulnerable pupils* Monitor attendance and behaviour data, intervening where necessary* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families* Help promote a positive school culture and safe environment

Requirements:* Graduate with an interest in pastoral care, psychology, or social work* Compassionate, approachable, and patient* Strong organisational and communication skills* Experience working with young people is desirable
