What you will be doing

Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market

*

Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers

*

Booking and chasing up valuations

*

Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions

*

Identifying opportunities for new business

*

Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business

*

Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office

*

Prospecting for new business

What you will have

*

A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market

*

You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge

*

Full UK driving licence
