Leader Education are recruiting a conscientious Teaching Assistant who would thrive within a Sunderland Based primary school.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will successfully help pupils to excel in a positive learning environment offering support and assistance.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30 until 16:30 and is a long-term position.

The successful candidate will:
- A current DBS that is on the update system, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Relevant or transferable experience.
- Assist pupils in lessons and activities.
- Be flexible and resilient, meeting the diverse needs of students.
- Work effectively with parents, carers, and other members of multidisciplinary teams to provide the best support.
- Be confident in working alongside students, ensuring they are fully supported within their learning and general classroom activities.
- Possess communication skills that can be personalised to suit students of different abilities.
