A welcoming SEN provision in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated SEN Provision Assistant to join their supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of relationships, positive reinforcement, and personalised support to help children achieve their potential.

The Role

As a SEN Provision Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs and associated learning difficulties.

Support the class teacher and SENCO in delivering targeted interventions.

Promote emotional regulation, confidence, and engagement in learning.

Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils build social and communication skills.

Contribute to a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where all students can succeed.
