An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced SEN Teacher to join a SEN school located in Sutton on a full- time permanent contract. You will play crucial role in helping pupils with Autism progress and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

·Carefully track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform future interventions and support strategies.
·Utilize effective behaviour management techniques, de-escalation strategies, and positive reinforcement approaches to create a harmonious and productive learning atmosphere.Qualifications and Experience:
·Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven track record of teaching secondary school students with special educational needs.
·Strong understanding of the requirements of SEN education, adaptable teaching methods, and a commitment to individualized instruction.
