The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will:

Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area

Have experience supporting children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs

Be confident building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Be adaptable and proactive in supporting individual and group learning

Remain calm under pressure and show empathy and resilience
