Develop and coach store managers and teams to reach their full potential

What we're looking for:

Degree calibre - either graduate-level education or equivalent professional experience

Experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager in a supermarket or discount retail setting

Strong commercial focus, people leadership, and hands-on management style
