Academics are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a supportive primary school in Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on a pupil's progress and confidence.

What you'll do as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant:

• Provide individual classroom support
• Assist with personalised learning activities
• Encourage engagement with lessons
• Support emotional development and confidence
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO

What we're looking for in a 1:1 Teaching Assistant:

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (preferred)
• Patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
