Our client based in the heart of Leighton Buzzard's industrial estate is currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join its growing team. Working with experienced members of staff, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.

Assembly Operative Job Duties

• Assembling specialised products according to demand and specification
• Use of pillar drills and resin glue to assemble the products (Respiratory Protective Equipment is provided when handling resin glue)
• Stock take and daily safety checks required (batch paperwork completed for this)
• Ensuring that company Health & Safety is followed at all times

Assembly Operative Working hours

• Monday - Friday
• 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 on a weekly rotating basis

Assembly Operative Pay Rates

• £13.48 per hour for the first 40 hours
• £18.95 per hour for all hours worked over 40 hours
• £22.73 per hour for all hours worked on a Saturday or Sunday, as long as 40- hours are completed during the week
